Staying at Les Rizieres was a unique experience, particularly for a traveler like me who values both comfort and practical amenities. The location, ideally close to Parc Ornithologique, allowed easy access to nature without sacrificing convenience. Our room was well-appointed, though perhaps on the snug side for three guests. A definite plus was the double entry from the parking area directly to the room—an absolute joy when hauling luggage. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight, featuring an impressive spread, made even better by the option to dine inside or outside near the lovely pond. Watching coypu and beavers while enjoying a meal was comical and relaxing. The property itself has a laid-back charm, complete with a seasonal outdoor pool that was perfect for unwinding after our explorations. Those seeking value without compromising on the essence of luxury will appreciate the free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and the attentive service from the owners who genuinely made us feel at home. While I wouldn't label it overly expansive, Les Rizieres strikes an interesting balance between cost and luxury, making it a wise choice for those looking to enjoy both nature and comfort on a budget.
